Findings

Eight termite monitoring stations secure; no activity. Subfloor moisture readings within normal range. Ant baits along the fence line untouched.

Work completed

Cleaned and re-set monitoring stations, checked the subfloor vents and inspected the deck bearers. Updated the property service record.

Homeowner actions

Keep mulch pulled back from the weatherboards and let us know if the side gate latch is replaced.
