Findings

Historic termite damage in an old fence post (inactive). Minor ant trails near the kitchen garden. No evidence of current termite activity in the house.

Work completed

Installed eight in-ground termite monitoring stations and four ant bait stations. Mapped the subfloor, recorded moisture readings and agreed prevention priorities.

Homeowner actions

Replace the decaying fence post and keep firewood stacked away from the house wall.
